Job summary

The-Intellekt-Group seeks a Kill Chain Integration Manager to support ACC/A2 and COMACC visions for kill chain capability development in Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. The role integrates ISR, targeting, and C2 within ACC transformation efforts, coordinating stakeholders and governance to accelerate dynamic targeting operations at speed and scale.

Qualifications

• Over ten years of ISR, targeting, C2, kill chain integration or related DoD mission experience.
• Master’s degree in MA/MS is required.
• Ability to produce executive-level briefings and decision papers with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead ACC/A2 Branch Chief efforts and implement COMACC’s kill chain vision.
• Coordinate ISR, targeting, and C2 across ACC transformation programs.
• Develop executable plans, action trackers, and governance materials.
• Facilitate planning teams and governance forums; track milestones and risks.
• Prepare senior leader briefings and decision memos.
• Represent ACC/A2 in meetings with stakeholders.
