Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. seeks a Joint Kill Chain & Communications Integrator in Virginia.

You will provide critical SETA support to a DoD program office, focusing on integrating advanced weapon systems and radios within the kill chain, especially the communications layer and joint service interactions. You will develop CONOPS/TTPs, advise on TDLS and family of systems, and help validate complex DoD systems through tests and demonstrations for the warfighter.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and recent DoD experience.
• Experience with joint service munitions development and cross-service coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to develop CONOPS and TTPs for complex, network-enabled systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide SETA support for a DoD program office focusing on kill chain integration.
• Serve as SME on weapon and radio integration and joint service interactions.
• Develop and refine CONOPS/TTPs aligned with communications architecture.
• Lead planning, execution, and analysis of test events and demonstrations.
• Communicate findings to senior leaders and engineers.
