Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Key Account Project Management Team and govern the KA Program using PMP principles. You will drive project execution, capture requirements, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with customer expectations.

The role requires 5+ years in project management and a Bachelor's-equivalent technical background in PM or Engineering. Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication are essential for success.

• Bachelor's equivalent technical experience in PM or Engineering.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, changing work environment with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Key Account Project Management Team.
• Govern the KA Program and coaching of Project Managers.
• Manage projects through all lifecycle phases: initiation to closure.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project documentation and plans.
• Deliver training programs and standard operating procedures for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with customers and business units to define features and solutions.
• Support design reviews and formal testing activities, including FATs.
