Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager in Boise, ID. You will lead strategic account plans, drive sales growth, and manage trade funds with major brands across retail partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, optimizing promotional investments, and ensuring execution across merchandising, eCommerce, and assortment strategies. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business.
• 8+ years of experience in applicable field.

Responsibilities

• Drive our clients business at assigned customer; increase distribution and sales while staying on spend.
• Ensure retail/merchandising execution and basic eCommerce execution.
• Achieve P&L targets; manage business for each client assigned.
• Implement marketing strategies and analyze trends to meet budget goals.
• Monitor revenue growth; manage promotional spending within guidelines and identify opportunities.
• Meet/exceed client goals for sales, distribution, pricing, shelving and promo volume.
• Launch strategies to pursue new opportunities.
• Manage and maximize manufacturer marketing/promotional funds to reach sales goals.
• Secure Client approved schematics for all brands; coordinate with schematic, reset and retail teams.
• Implement client headquarter calls and engage retailer key positions.
• Organize team to retain and expand client relationships.
• Navigate ASM organization to align resources for client initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and attend Client meetings and reviews.
