Pilot Chemical Company is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager for the Industrial and Institutional market in North America. You will own account strategy, drive profitable growth, and manage pricing, forecasting and customer satisfaction across strategic accounts.

You will lead cross-functional teams to align commercial actions, leverage market insights, and coordinate with procurement, R&D, marketing, and operations to win new business and expand existing relationships.

Competenze

BS/BA degree required.
Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in specialty chemicals or related markets.
Experience serving Industrial & Institutional customers is preferred.

Mansioni

Manage and grow strategic NA I&I key accounts.
Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue, margin and pipeline targets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on commercial and technical actions.
Forecast and budget for assigned accounts and provide regular reviews.
Identify opportunities for new business, product conversions, and share gains within key accounts.
