Job summary

Axon is seeking a Justice Senior Customer Success Manager to work with Prosecutor and Public Defender customers, guiding adoption of Axon Justice products and aligning cross-functional teams to customer goals. You will manage strategic relationships, drive process improvements, and help customers achieve operational efficiency.

Location is remote on the West Coast; travel up to 30-35% and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Training teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in justice/legal sector and knowledge of discovery, digital evidence management, case management, motions and filings, courtroom processes.
• Proven justice stakeholder engagement with prosecutors, PDs, IT and other stakeholders.
• Strong project management with ability to track multiple requests and strategic plans.
• Experience tracking product adoption and customer engagement via data-analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to handle high-stress environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through regular calls, business reviews and daily needs.
• Monitor adoption metrics to ensure full use of Axon Justice platform.
• Create success plans and document progress toward goals.
• Manage escalations, coordinating multiple internal teams.
• Communicate milestones to Sr. Leadership regularly.
• Partner with Sales to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
