Williams Companies in Houston seeks a Commercial Services Rep- Joint Ventures to support governance for natural gas pipeline assets and related entities. You will interpret, negotiate, and administer complex agreements while coordinating with Legal, Operations, Finance, and senior leadership.

The role requires strong business judgement, independent management of priorities, and clear communication with JV partners and internal teams. Experience in energy governance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 10+ years in an energy environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong negotiation, governance, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates joint venture governance activities for natural gas pipeline assets.
• Interprets, negotiates, amends, and implements JV and commercial agreements.
• Acts as primary contact for external JV partners and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinates with multiple departments to evaluate JV matters and approvals.
• Supports management committee and board activities, including materials and actions.
• Identifies growth opportunities and provides market intelligence for decisions.
• Manages customer and market activities in line with FERC policies and tariffs.
• Communicates complex matters to senior leadership and partners.
• Other duties as assigned.
