Qualifications

• Leadership of cleaning-service staff to meet client expectations and budgets.
• Strong communication with staff and clients to resolve concerns promptly.
• Ability to create and maintain schedules two weeks in advance.
• Experience reviewing payroll and budgets to track financial results.
• Conduct OSHA safety trainings and enforce safety inspections.
• Proficient use of timekeeping systems and payroll processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily staff operations for assigned buildings to ensure clean, orderly conditions.
• Communicate with direct reports to resolve concerns quickly.
• Maintain location schedules two weeks in advance and allocate resources accordingly.
• Ensure uniforms are worn and equipment is maintained.
• Review payroll and budget reports daily and monitor attendance.
• Participate in regional calls and maintain business continuity using EPay.
