Job summary

BankPlus seeks a Systems Engineering Manager to lead IT infrastructure aligned with its near-term growth goals and long-term strategy. You will oversee telephony, networks, computing, storage, cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, and governance to ensure high availability and reliability.

You will develop a roadmap, manage budgets, mentor staff, and coordinate with the CISO on security projects while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong business partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT leadership and management.
• Strong experience with Active Directory and Exchange.
• Experience with network routing, VPNs, and Cisco hardware.
• Knowledge of DNS, VLANs, and VM provisioning.
• Disaster recovery readiness and security governance.
• Excellent communication and business partner relationships.

• Plan, deploy, monitor, and maintain IT systems and networks.
• Develop and manage department budgets.
• Develop world-class IT talent with strong business partnerships.
