The position emphasizes governance, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate has a strong background in C#, MS SQL, AWS, and leadership, with 10+ years in IT and at least 5 years in operations and large project oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10 years IT experience with 5+ years in IT operations, supervising tech teams, and overseeing large projects
• Strong understanding of computer systems, security, networks, databases, cloud services, and data storage

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations, including networks, systems, projects and security and supervise systems
• Oversee IT staff and provide direction, guidance and training, specifically to project leads
• Recruit and mentor IT staff, conducting performance evaluations on an annual basis
• Develop strategy related to IT infrastructure and company goals, creating processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems
• Manage development, implementation, maintenance and security of all IT systems and software
• Identify security risks and implement solutions to protect company data
• Consult senior stakeholders to identify business and technology needs and optimize IT use
• Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance
• Oversee third-party IT vendors and consultants
• Develop and monitor IT department budget and annual goals
