OpenLoop is seeking an IT Business Systems Architect to design, govern, and evolve our enterprise application ecosystem. You will own end-to-end architecture across NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack, partnering with Finance, People, Revenue, Clinical Operations, and Engineering to ensure secure, scalable, and audit-ready systems.

This hands-on role involves setting standards, designing integrations, modeling data flows, and guiding implementations from discovery

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in enterprise IT or solutions architecture.
• 3+ years in an architect capacity.

Aufgaben

• Own reference architecture for OpenLoop's business systems landscape across core SaaS stack.
• Define enterprise standards for integration, identity, and environment management.
• Evaluate SaaS options and lead build-vs-buy analysis and vendor due diligence.
• Embed AI and automation into business workflows with the AI Program team.
• Lead architecture reviews for new implementations and upgrades.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Support SOX, HIPAA, and SOC 2 audit readiness with proper controls.
