Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience as a business systems analyst or similar IT analyst role.
• Knowledge of SDLC and BABOK or equivalent methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) — configuration, support, or implementation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for new systems, enhancements, and integrations.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements documents.
• Develop process flows and system diagrams to capture current and future state.
• Configure, test, and support enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) and interfaces.
• Lead or assist in User Acceptance Testing and go-live activities.
