Job summary

You will gather requirements, create specs, support testing and go-live, and collaborate with governance groups on standards. A 1–3 year background in business systems analysis and ERP/CRM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/CS/Business.
• 1–3 years experience as business systems analyst or similar IT role.
• Strong SDLC and BABOK familiarity.
• Experience with ERP/CRM configurations.
• Knowledge of AI tools like CoPilot.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze business requirements for new systems and integrations.
• Translate needs into functional specs and user stories.
• Design process flows and data/architecture diagrams.
• Support testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture and governance teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with IT.
