Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sr. Account Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence across key accounts in the Columbus area.

You will manage enterprise client relationships, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful outcomes. The role requires 7+ years in account management or related fields, with travel to client sites. Compensation includes base salary plus commission and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Partnerships, or Business Development within Staffing, IT or technology services.
• Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise client accounts.
• Experience engaging senior client stakeholders and driving account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts with expansion opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Drive growth through cross-selling and upselling workforce and technology solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and business priorities.
• Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and leadership to ensure solution delivery.
• Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and account negotiations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account activity reporting.
