Job summary

Florida Blue is seeking a Senior Director to lead IT Strategic Sourcing for the Enterprise in Jacksonville. This role reports to the Chief Procurement Officer and will shape category strategies for software, cloud, services, and infrastructure.

You will collaborate with senior IT leaders to translate business strategy into actionable sourcing plans, manage vendor risk, and drive cost savings through effective contracting and supplier management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years indirect-spend procurement experience in IT, healthcare or payer orgs.
• Experience negotiating and managing large-scale IT contracts with major vendors.
• 5+ years of direct supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT sourcing strategies with CIO and IT leaders.
• Identify supplier requirements and changes in the IT vendor market.
• Lead multiple category teams and standardize sourcing processes.
• Communicate risks, milestones and resourcing needs to stakeholders.
• Assess TCO and long-term terms for software, cloud, and infrastructure.
• Oversee contracting, negotiations and vendor management lifecycle.
