Job summary

Florida Blue is seeking a Senior Director of IT Strategic Sourcing to lead enterprise-wide IT sourcing, contracting, and supplier management initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, you will translate business strategies into category-specific sourcing plans and negotiate complex IT agreements across software, cloud, and infrastructure.

You will work with senior leaders to drive cost savings and strategic supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of indirect-spend procurement experience in IT, healthcare, or payor organizations.
• 5+ years of direct supervisory/management experience.
• Experience negotiating and managing large-scale IT contracts with major technology vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT sourcing strategies in collaboration with senior leaders (e.g., CIO, IT leadership).
• Lead multiple category teams to standardize sourcing processes and contracting practices.
• Oversee supplier risk management, vendor relationships, and lifecycle management for enterprise IT contracts.
