Job summary

Technologent, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Solutions Consultant in Southern California for a full-time, on-site role. The ASC will lead opportunities from discovery through proposal, commercial close, and handoff to delivery, collaborating with sales, architects, delivery leaders, and partners.

The role requires 5+ years in IT sales or solutions consulting, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to translate technical needs into business value. Travel locally and overnight as needed.

Qualifications

Experience selling, scoping, architecting, or delivering complex technology services.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology and ability to engage with tech and business stakeholders.
Experience creating proposals, SOWs, estimates, pricing, or other customer-facing materials.
Excellent discovery, communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and writing skills.
Ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes and customer value.

Responsibilities

Lead customer discovery and qualification with business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
Shape solutions for professional services, managed services, assessments, migrations, modernization, and other complex engagements.
Partner with account executives, architects, delivery leaders, finance, legal, and partners to develop executable solutions.
Build and maintain repeatable service offerings within the Solution Suite with scopes, value propositions, pricing inputs, and collateral.
Develop proposals, statements of work, estimates, presentations, and commercial models.
Define clear assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, risks, and customer responsibilities.
