ATC in Wisconsin is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives from initiation through closeout. This onsite role requires relocation to be near Cottage Grove or Pewaukee offices and does not support remote work.

You will coordinate business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and resources; develop plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk logs; and promote governance and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading complex technology projects from planning through successful implementation.
• Strong project management skills across scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, risk, quality, and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology initiatives from project initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk registers, issue logs, and status reporting.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, design discussions, testing activities, project meetings, and steering committees.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and contracted resources to achieve defined outcomes.
