UJA-Federation of New York is seeking a collaborative Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives, bridging business and IT to deliver effective solutions. You will guide requirements, plan projects, and drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes Salesforce and related systems, UAT support, change management, and ongoing optimization of enterprise applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
Five or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a combined Business Analyst/Project Manager role.
Experience leading cross-functional technology or enterprise application projects.
Experience working with Salesforce as a System Administrator, Business Analyst, Project Lead, or similar role.
Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and solution design.
Excellent organizational, analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead technology projects through the full project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, execution, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, identify opportunities for process improvement, and recommend technology solutions.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, communication plans, and status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
Coordinate activities across internal teams, external vendors, consultants, and business partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business units by translating business needs into actionable technology solutions.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, change management, user training, and documentation.
Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, dependencies, risks, and change requests.
Partner with application owners to prioritize enhancements and support ongoing optimization of enterprise systems.
Promote project management best practices, governance, and continuous improvement across the IT department.
