Job summary

SII USA seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to support strategic campus technology initiatives for a leading life sciences company in South San Francisco.

Operating within a formal Project Management Methodology framework, you will lead project execution, coordinate resources, manage schedules and costs, and ensure successful delivery with focus on

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing complex IT or technology projects.
• Deep understanding of formal project management frameworks such as PMM, PMI, or IPMA.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and quality.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow project-management capabilities or similar platform.
• Strong knowledge of project baselining, dependencies, milestone tracking, and resource allocation.
• Experience managing RAID logs and formal change-control process.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and executive reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an evolving and ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Define project vision, scope, success metrics, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Create and maintain project charters and governance information in ServiceNow.
• Build and manage schedules, dependencies, baselines, milestones, and approvals.
• Develop resource plans and coordinate team allocations with resource manager.
• Track project expenses, FTE allocations, CAPEX costs, and budget performance.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies through resolution.
• Lead change-control activities covering scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate user readiness, communication, training, adoption, and operational transitions.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide clear project-health reporting to leadership.
• Resolve conflicts and elevate critical issues to governance bodies and steering committee.
