• Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead life science and advanced technology projects from programming through construction administration.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Facilitate project meetings and coordinate stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure project objectives and client expectations are clearly defined and achieved.
