Oxford Global Resources in Reno, NV is seeking a Project Manager to adhere to governance, build schedules, source resources, and procure vendor services. You will report status to the Executive Steering Committee and collaborate across IT, Medicaid, Child Welfare, and DHS-related areas.

The role emphasizes multi-tasking, transparent communication, and driving projects to successful MVPs. The PMO team supports governance, assessment, management and control, with a focus on meeting leadership

Qualifications

• Gather and define requirements to build a project plan.
• Identify resource needs and coordinate staffing.
• Communicate transparently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Navigate changing priorities as directed by leadership.

Responsabilités

• Follow project governance structure, templates and reporting.
• Interact with business and IT teams to drive delivery.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates to the PMO/Steering Committee.
• Manage scope creep and deliver a minimum viable product.
• Track progress and adjust schedules; escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to improving portfolio, project and program management processes.
