Job summary

KBX Logistics is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams and drive projects from planning through execution. You will create schedules, estimate resources and costs, and define scopes of work to meet business objectives.

The role requires coordinating IT, business, and third‑party teams; applying Agile or Waterfall methods; and proactively removing roadblocks to deliver value on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coordinating teams in a project environment to meet project deliverables.
• Experience managing IT-based projects.
• Experience applying project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects using an approach that ensures quality and competitive performance for stakeholders.
• Lead project teams of IT, business, and third parties to ensure all aspects are considered.
• Develop comprehensive project execution plans focusing on scope, schedule, cost and value tracking.
• Identify and manage key dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Hold regular status meetings; resolve or escalate issues timely.
• Partner with stakeholders on deliverables and timelines; align resources across projects.
• Communicate project status to leadership and other stakeholders.
