Job summary

KBX Logistics, a Koch company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering IT and business projects on time and within scope. You will develop execution plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with IT, business units, and external vendors to meet objectives.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, clear stakeholder communication, and opportunities for value creation within project processes. Strong PM experience in transportation/logistics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Leads and coordinates multi-disciplinary project teams to meet project deliverables.
• Manages IT-based projects with an emphasis on scope, schedule, and cost.
• Applies project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects using an approach that ensures the quality and competitive performance expected by stakeholders.
• Lead project teams consisting of IT, business, and 3rd Parties to ensure all aspects of the project are properly considered.
• Develop comprehensive project execution plans with focus on scope, schedule, cost and value tracking, risk and issue management, and implementation.
• Identify & effectively manage key dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Hold regular status meetings with project team. Resolve and/or escape issues in a timely fashion.
• Partner with key stakeholders on expected deliverables and timelines and align resources across projects accordingly.
• Proactively communicate project status to various stakeholders within the organization, including senior leadership.
• Recognize opportunities for value creation and innovation in the project management work processes.
