KBX is hiring a Project Manager to lead cross-functional project teams, oversee planning, execution and control, and ensure projects meet business objectives while delivering value.

This role requires coordinating IT, business and third parties, developing execution plans, tracking scope, schedule and costs,

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coordinating teams in a project environment to meet deliverables.
• Experience managing IT-based projects.
• Experience applying project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects using an approach that ensures quality and competitive performance.
• Lead project teams consisting of IT, business, and 3rd parties to ensure project success.
• Develop comprehensive project execution plans focusing on scope, schedule, cost and value tracking.
• Identify key dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Hold regular status meetings and resolve/escalate issues timely.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on deliverables and timelines and align resources accordingly.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities for value creation and process improvement.
