Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years in identifying inefficiencies and improving systems and processes.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure migration projects.
• 5+ years of experience or knowledge in Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage program blocking issues, provide escalation support, and trade off between business needs and technical constraints.
• Guide project teams to follow established project management best practices.
• Drive project teams to achieve daily and sprint goals by promoting prioritization, readiness, and commitment.
• Assist project teams in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product goals and long-term strategic vision.
• Manage new services, tools, and strategic programs that enhance stakeholder engagement, communication, and feedback.
• Assist with investigation and root-cause resolution for escalated issues.
