Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, or related field.
- Five+ years leading complex technology projects.
- Five+ years leading organizational change initiatives.
- Experience partnering with business and technical teams.
- Experience cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise technology projects from initiation to adoption.
- Develop governance structures, schedules, and risk management approaches.
- Monitor performance, manage risks and dependencies, communicate progress to leadership.
- Lead integrated change management strategies and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to PCMO standards and governance practices.
