Job summary

Emerge Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead executive-level program management and life cycle coordination within EOIR's OIT. This on-site role requires proficient communication, strong policy knowledge, and the ability to deliver accurate, professional materials for decision-making.

Responsibilities include integrating SAFe with PMBOK practices, producing quarterly performance reports, and guiding planning cycles and governance across IT portfolios.

Qualifications

• Be proficient with EOIR OIT tech, lifecycle guidance, policies and practices.
• Prepare, develop, deliver and present documents with no spelling errors.
• Synthesize information from various sources to support decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010/2013 and portfolio management tooling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; clear English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Support EOIR OIT PgMO program guidance and central functions.
• Deliver technical briefings, white papers and analyses for planning.
• Blend SAFe with PMBOK practices for repeatable processes and reduced risk.
• Establish quarterly reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate PI planning cycles, milestones and resources for portfolio work.
