Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an IT Program Manager to lead technical programs in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on overseeing implementation, transitions, upgrades, testing, and operations with a government focus.

The position requires 10+ years in IT management, strong PM skills, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Telework Fridays are allowed; on-site Mon-Thu at the Arlington office.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT management experience.
• PMI PMP Certification required.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Onsite work Mon-Thu; telework on Fri.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of long-term IT strategies, roadmaps, and policies aligned with agency missions.
• Oversees network services, server administration, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms.
• Ensures compliance with federal or local regulations (e.g., FISMA, FERPA, HIPAA) and implements robust security controls.
• Directs modernization of legacy applications and development of new, complex software solutions.
• Acts as primary liaison between IT and agency stakeholders.
