Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in a hybrid environment to oversee highly complex system projects and programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and manage interdependencies to deliver long-term business value.

The role requires strong executive communication, SDLC PM experience, and familiarity with ITIL frameworks. Location flexibility includes designated hubs with a preference for embedded health industry know-how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• 3+ years delivering concurrent complex technical initiatives end-to-end.
• 1+ years' experience with technical product selection, design, and IT solution implementation in regulated industries.
• Excellent communication including executive level.
• 3+ years' experience with SDLC Project Management.
• Ability to analyze non-typical scenarios and drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex IT projects and programs from initiation to delivery.
• Assemble and lead project teams, allocate resources, and develop schedules for timely completion.
• Manage stakeholder partnerships and identify risks; set strategies for program execution.
