Job summary

Pike Enterprises, LLC is seeking an IT Senior Project Manager to lead complex, transformational projects and align them with cost, schedule, and quality goals. The role requires strong Agile delivery, Jira expertise, and vendor management in a Fort Mill, SC on-site setting.

You will guide cross-functional teams, drive change, and manage Oracle Field Services deployments while reporting to the IT Director PMO. 10+ years in IT program management and a strong financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
10+ years in IT program management with agile delivery leadership.
Strong financial acumen with budget management success.
Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and procurement.
Familiarity with field service business processes and tools.
Certifications such as ITIL or PMP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation and integration of Oracle/Microsoft projects with existing systems.
Develop project plans, scopes, timelines, and resource allocation.
Administer Jira Cloud for project workflows, permissions, and automation.
Identify risks, craft contingency plans, and ensure project continuity.
Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with business requirements.
Drive change management and end-user training for Oracle Field Services.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
