Job summary

Pike Corporation in Fort Mill, SC on-site, seeks an IT Project Manager to lead transformation of PMO practices and drive large corporate programs on cost, schedule, and quality.

You will manage complex tech projects, vendor relationships, and Agile/Scrum delivery, reporting to the IT Director PMO with responsibilities across Oracle/Microsoft tool implementations and Jira administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT program management with leadership in agile delivery.
• Strong Jira acumen with time capture management.
• Experience with IT processes and tools in PMO/SDLC.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Jira, PMP) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle/Microsoft project implementations and integrations with existing systems.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, and resources.
• Administer, configure, and optimize Jira Cloud for multiple teams and workflows.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business Requirements.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for Oracle Field Services.
• Engage with third-party vendors to support program needs.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders and communicate plans and status.
