• 10+ years in IT program management with agile delivery focus.
• 8+ years leading a large matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Oracle/Microsoft projects with seamless integration to existing systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop specifications, and ensure business needs are met.
• Coordinate with Oracle and third-party vendors for timely delivery of services.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and deliver within budget.
• Define project success criteria and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Administer Jira Cloud across technology teams for workflow, permissions, and automation.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams and drive high-performance culture.
• Communicate risks and issues to senior management and mitigate them.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity and quality outcomes.
• Implement change management strategies to support adoption of Oracle Field Services.
• Provide end-user training and support for system utilization.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships.
