Job summary

Pike Enterprises, LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager for an on-site role in Fort Mill, SC. You will drive the transformation of project management practices for Pike, overseeing large technical projects, vendor relationships, and Agile/Scrum implementations.

You will report to the IT Director PMO and work to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets. The role requires strong Jira expertise, budget management, and experience leading complex IT programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT program management, including leadership roles with a focus on agile delivery.
• Strong Jira acumen with a successful track record in time capture management.
• Experience leading large transformation projects and vendor relationships.
• Ability to design and implement change management strategies for IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and integration of Oracle/Microsoft projects with existing systems.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, and resources.
• Manage project budgets and ensure delivery within budget.
• Administer Jira Cloud across teams, including workflows, permissions, and automation.
• Collaborate with development, network, and security teams on projects.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
• Define success criteria and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Communicate plans and status to management and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
