Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Finance preferred.
• 5–8 years of procurement and vendor management experience with impact in a corporate setting.
• Experience with category management, vendor management, opportunity diagnostics, and strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical, financial, problem‑solving, organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, analytics, eSourcing, reverse auctions.
• Knowledge of Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, SaaS/License Agreements.
• Vendor management tools (SRM, Quarterly Business Reviews).

Responsibilities

• Review, modify and negotiate vendor contracts with owners and legal.
• Drive cost savings and maximize value from the vendor base.
• Collaborate with legal, business owners, and security/privacy/compliance teams.
• Coordinate project plans, milestones, and schedules for contractual processes.
• Develop RFI/RFP documents and manage the process, as main vendor contact.
• Synthesize RFI/RFP responses into actionable summaries and scorecards.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.
