Point32Health is seeking a Procurement Category Manager to lead indirect category vendor management, focusing on contract performance, risk, and cost optimization. You will drive RFI/RFP processes, develop scorecards, and align vendor performance with business goals.

Ideal candidates have a BS/BA in a relevant field and 5–8 years in procurement, with strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills to influence decisions across Legal, Security, Compliance and business owners.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Finance.
• 5–8 years of procurement, strategic sourcing and vendor management experience.
• Strong negotiation and cost-reduction experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor contracts and negotiations with business owners and Legal.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes and vendor scorecards.
• Monitor vendor performance with SLAs/KPIs and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on procurement objectives, costs and risk.
