Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an IT Procurement Associate to plan and execute IT hardware and software purchases, partnering with IT leadership, ISC, Engineering, and Finance to align with budgets and strategy.

You will process purchase requisitions, track renewals, coordinate with vendors, and report procurement status through the lifecycle, while maintaining regular on-site work in Westminster, CO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of related experience.
• Coordinate and execute IT purchase requisitions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Coupa, Costpoint, OnBase, IFS is a plus.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with IT to execute purchase requisitions for hardware and software.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to understand IT procurements.
• Utilize purchasing and accounting tools to process and track purchases.
• Coordinate IT procurements with finance and ISC budgets.
