Job summary

Michigan Farm Bureau is seeking an IT Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, contracting, and lifecycle management of technology goods and services across the enterprise. This role partners with IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to optimize cost, manage vendor relationships, and drive a scalable procurement framework for IT hardware, software, cloud services, and professional services.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, IT, supply chain or related field or equivalent experience.
• Leadership and 7+ years in procurement management required.
• Strong knowledge of IT concepts, cloud, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, contracting, and lifecycle management of IT hardware, software, cloud services, and services.
• Negotiate vendor agreements, renewals, and SLAs to optimize value and mitigate risk.
• Manage relationships with software providers, MSPs, and cloud partners.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and TCO tracking.
• Mentor procurement analysts and drive process improvements.
