Qualifications

• IT procurement experience preferred (software, hardware, services and staff).
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving senior leader sponsorship.
• Oracle Source to Pay experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep category expertise through industry developments, marketplace trends, emerging technology, new techniques, leading practices, and shared experiences.
• Drives all supplier negotiations to a competitive price.
• Reviews and assesses rate cards, quotes, statements of work, and MSAs/MPAs/SOWs to quickly redline and negotiate to reduce price and liability.
• Performs cost/benefit and comparative analysis on hardware, software, and professional services.
• Negotiates and manages the contractual approval process for MSAs, MPAs, SOWs, and maintenance renewals.
• Manages complex bid and sourcing, RFPs, evaluation of proposals, vendor selection, and contract awards.
• Manages supplier or business unit escalations to contract implementations.
• Develops and maintains relationships with business units to support sourcing efforts.
• Coordinates sourcing and contract management across procurement teams to deliver targeted benefits.
• Manages key supplier relationships to drive savings and resolve issues.
• Reviews and approves supplier contracts and purchase orders.
• Ensures spend optimization and compliance with contracts across the organization.
• Provides negotiation summaries and performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Oversees contract management within budget and savings goals.
