The role requires deep SaaS/cloud/AI category expertise, governance of complex RFPs, Excel analytics, and Oracle Source-to-Pay processes to ensure compliant, cost-effective contracts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in technology categories and strategic procurement.
• IT Procurment experience highly preferred (software, hardware, services and staffint).
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving Senior leader sponsorship.
• Oracle Source to Pay experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Review rate cards, quotes, SOWs, and MSAs to negotiate terms and cost.
• Perform cost/benefit analysis on hardware, software, and services.
• Manage RFPs, vendor evaluation, awards, and contract execution.
• Coordinate procurement activities across teams to deliver benefits.
• Provide performance reporting and spend analytics to leadership.
