Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) is seeking an IT Procurement Manager in Overland Park, KS (onsite). The role bridges suppliers and internal teams to drive strategic sourcing, cost savings, and risk management across IT categories.

Key duties include leading RFx events, negotiating contracts, and creating portfolio roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier governance are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in strategic sourcing or category management with portfolio responsibility across indirect/direct materials.
• Experience supporting IT categories (software/SaaS, cloud, hardware, services) is a plus.
• Proficiency with RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFx events, negotiations, and contracting (NDA, MSA, SOW, DPA, CO).
• Develop and manage IT spend portfolios and multi-year sourcing roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Finance, InfoSec, and Architecture/Engineering to align sourcing with strategy.
