SNAP-ON BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Richfield, OH is seeking a Contract & Procurement Specialist to forecast, negotiate, and manage IT hardware, software, and services for SBS. You will maintain maintenance agreements, track licenses, and support budgeting with the Director, IT.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Business Administration, strong contract management and software licensing knowledge, plus excellent Excel skills and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize contract details for IT hardware, software, and services.
• Research hardware/software requirements and balance price, quality, delivery, and vendor service.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage issue resolution; switch suppliers as needed.
• Contract management for IT vendors, including risk management.
• Assist budgeting processes for SBS IT departments.
