Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Seven years in enterprise IT roles including IT Asset Management, Desktop, Network, Service Desk, Server, or Telecommunications support.
• Three years of Asset Management or CMDB experience.
• Two years of leading one of the following teams in an enterprise environment: IT Asset Management, Desktop, or Service Desk.
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM), CMDB, and ITSM principles and best practices.
