Empower AI is seeking an IT Procurement / Purchasing Analyst to lead end-to-end IT material purchases for a DoW-facing program. The role requires navigating RIP processes, price reasonableness, and vendor agreements under Federal law with government approval.

The position is hybrid in Quantico, VA, with remote eligibility and occasional travel, and demands independent analysis, strong Excel skills, and clear communication with multiple stakeholders.

Qualificações

• U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance.
• 3+ years in IT procurement or acquisition support, preferably on Federal Government contracts.
• Experience reviewing vendor agreements and software license terms for compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end RIP process for IT materials, ensuring formal RIP approval before purchase.
• Conduct sourcing, demonstrate price reasonableness, document vendor selection basis.
• Review software license terms for Federal compliance and route to Contracting Officer as needed.
• Lead monthly bench stock reviews and consolidate RIP submissions for replenishment.
• Prepare CBAs for proposed procurements and support cost estimates for Surge Plans.
