GlobalFoundries is seeking an IT Enablement leader to drive strategic alignment between business priorities and GFIT investments. You will govern the IT investment portfolio, manage demand, and partner with business leadership to deliver measurable value across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes governance, transparency, and value realization, leading Portfolio Governance, BRM, Demand Management, PMO, and CSI to enable a product- and outcome-centric approach at a global scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in IT portfolio management, business relationship management, strategy, governance, or technology transformation.
• Strong executive stakeholder management experience in large global enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GFIT Portfolio Governance framework and lifecycle management of significant investments.
• Govern intake, prioritization, funding, and governance across demand and value realization.
• Ensure alignment between business demand, IT capacity, priorities, and funding constraints.
• Lead executive portfolio review forums and governance boards.
• Drive investment decisions based on business value, risk, and strategic alignment.
• Provide transparency into portfolio performance, delivery health, and dependency management.
• Lead BRM organization as the primary engagement model between GFIT and business functions.
• Facilitate outcome-based planning and prioritization processes.
• Establish demand management framework from idea intake through approval and portfolio integration.
• Partner with Finance on investment planning and forecasting; govern annual planning cycles.
• Establish portfolio management standards, reporting, risk and dependency management, and executive communications.
• Lead enterprise service improvement initiatives and drive automation and process optimization.
