Job summary

Air Force Civilian Service seeks an IT Portfolio Management Integrator to lead the evolution of the HR technology portfolio at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on defining the future state of HR IT, mapping roadmaps, and driving innovation in Air Force HR systems.

Candidate will bridge IT architecture with senior leadership strategy, evaluate emerging technologies, and guide investment decisions in accordance with DoD requirements.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizens required and must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.
• In-depth knowledge of DoD/Air Force information management, security regulations, and operations.
• Experience with PMP, PMI-ACP, and IT governance tools; familiarity with JIRA, Salesforce, Agile, Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of the HR IT portfolio and future-state IT roadmaps.
• Develop gap analyses to guide senior leadership decisions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and align them with Air Force HR systems.
• Bridge IT architecture, portfolio management, and leadership strategy across DoD/Air Force.
