Job summary

Chemours seeks an IT Program Manager to join our team in Wilmington, DE. You will manage a portfolio of programs, align them to enterprise strategy, and own the schedule, budget, milestones, risks, and issues.

You will coordinate across programs to ensure delivery excellence and escalation where needed. Qualifications include 8–12+ years in program/portfolio management, PMP certification, and experience with senior business and IT stakeholders; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; 8–12+ years of progressive PMO/portfolio experience.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• PMP certification is required for this role.
• A Master’s degree (MBA, MS in IT, or related) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of programs aligned to enterprise strategy.
• Own portfolio schedule, budget, milestones, risks, and issues and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate across programs to ensure high-quality delivery and dependency management.
• Serve as the first escalation point above project level and support governance forums.
• Lead select strategic initiatives as Program or Project Manager as required.
• Collaborate with PMO, Strategy, Change teams to align resources and reporting.
