Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in MIS or related technical field.
• 4+ years in a casino/resort operation handling casino systems (Slot Accounting, Patron Management, Check/Credit, Marketing/Promo, POS/PMS).
• Experience with casino systems implementation, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating IT daily operations.
• Manage hardware, networking, and telecom systems.
• Provide guidance to Network Technicians and Administrators.
