Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking an Information Technology Operations Advisor - Digital Grid Services in Rosemead, CA. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives, drive project health, vendor performance, finances, and risk mitigation, coordinating with stakeholders to align investments with OU objectives and deliver measurable value.

You will collaborate with Cybersecurity, Change & Release Management, Service Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and IT

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience as an IT Administrator.
• Experience managing IT portfolios, technology programs, or product lines in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience overseeing budgets, vendor relationships, service agreements, and maintenance contracts.
• Experience leading cross-functional IT initiatives with teams of 10–15+ members.

Responsabilités

• Maintains the performance and availability of applications and data systems including batch jobs, SSIS, ETL jobs, and sync engines.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Performs root cause analysis for operational incidents and documents supporting policies and procedures.
• Delivers incident resolution and communicates clearly with end-users and stakeholders.
• Manages software licenses, upgrades, and patches to keep systems up to date.
• Reviews and recommends solutions related to hardware and software acquisitions and network updates.
• Protects cybersecurity assets and properly protecting sensitive data.
