Job summary

Dexcom, a leader in CGM technology, is seeking a senior leader to drive manufacturing IT strategy across global operations. You will partner with business, IT, and OT teams to translate priorities into scalable, compliant solutions throughout the systems lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in operations systems management, hands-on ML/AI experience in manufacturing, and strong leadership to guide cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations systems management, with strategy, development and support.
• Experience with machine learning and AI in manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with validated systems (GxP, FDA) and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders to translate priorities into executable initiatives, requirements, and solution roadmaps.
• Analyze complex business problems and identify technology-enabled solutions to drive scalability, efficiency, and value realization.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize with standalone or embedded AI Agents.
• Collaborate with IT and technical teams to design, develop, test, and implement solutions aligned to business needs.
• Act as the voice of the business, eliciting requirements and translating into user stories, functional designs, and test scenarios.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities, ensuring solutions meet quality, compliance, and business requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure alignment and drive execution in a matrixed environment.
• Identify process improvement, automation, and digital enablement opportunities to support enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Support development of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI tracking for strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure clear communication across business and IT teams.
